I will clean your financial documents to make them easier to read or use. This can include the development of dashboards to summarize the data in a useful fashion.
Also, where the situation permits, a VBA program can be developed to automate the cleaning of data in a document. This is useful where large volumes of data is being formatted/migrated/Imported from one system to another and the records from the previous system need to be cleaned to be compatible for import into the new system. E.g. A converter to scrub excel/CSV format bank statements downloaded from a bank to be to compatible for batch import into an accounting system which would have not been ordinarily compatible and probably quite onerous to manually capture into the system.
These programs are usually simple but quite effective in how they greatly improve the speed with which simple mundane high volume tasks are done.
Note, these programs are written in VBA (Excel) and thus need only you to have MS Excel loaded on your Pc to use.
